Normal use


1. After the engine starts, it should be idle for 3-5 minutes to ensure the good lubrication of the supercharger; it should also be idle for 3-5 minutes before the engine is turned off to reduce the temperature and the temperature of the engine exhaust system to prevent the recovery from recovery. , Oil scorching, burning, frequent incorrect use can cause the supercharger to damage in advance.

2. It should be noted that the idling time should not exceed 20 minutes, and it is easy to cause the exhaust of the compressor to oil.

3. When normal use, ensure that the oil pressure is guaranteed within the scope specified by the engine factory, and the oil pressure alarm
The reasons should be stopped immediately. 4. It is strictly forbidden to "accelerate-flame-blasting" operation to avoid damage to the supercharger due to lack of oil.

 

Replace the Turbocharger



1. Before replacing the new pressure device, find out the cause of the fault of the old supercharger and exclude it. Confirm the matching of the new pressure -added engine.

2. Replace the supercharger and replace the air filter and machine filter at the same time. New machine filter should be filled with clean machine oil installation

3. Check and ensure that the engine is in and the exhaust pipeline is cleaned without debris;

4. The supercharger must be pre -lubricated. Before connecting the supercharger to the oil pipe, add the oil inlet to the oil inlet of the supercharger to add clean motor oil.

5. Each connection must be tight and sealed, otherwise it will cause abnormal noise and oil leakage.
Note: When replacing the supercharger, it is best to clean the engine, which can greatly extend the service life of the supercharger.

Regular inspection and maintenance


1. Regularly check whether each connection component is loose, air leakage, and oil leakage. The air leakage will lead to a screaming abnormal noise.

2. Ensure that the oil return pipeline is unblocked.

3. Frequent cleaning the filter and replace it regularly according to the requirements of the engine production plant, otherwise it will cause the supercharger to leak oil.

4. Long -term unused engines (generally no more than seven days). Before reorganization, the supercharger must be removed and the oil pipe is needed to add oil
    to the oil inlet and rotate the leaf wheel lubricating bearings.

5. Regularly replace the engine oil and oil filter in accordance with the requirements of the engine manufacturer.

6. Check the radial/axial gap regularly according to the engine manufacturers specified in a regular basis. The engine should be stopped during inspection to avoid
    damage to personnel; When the minimum gap between the impeller and the shell is less than 0.1 mm, it is necessary to find a professional for maintenance to avoid expanding losses.
